Excelsior & Grand
Developed from 2000 to 2008, Excelsior & Grand was the first vertical mixed-use, new urbanist development in Minnesota. Our private/public collaboration with the City of St. Louis Park served to create their downtown. The $170 million, four-phase project successfully integrates retail, apartments, and condominiums.
