Michael Arneson
Principal

Mike moved to Milwaukee in 1986 to start up and manage the Milwaukee office for TOLD Development Company.   Mike’s 25 plus years of commercial development experience offers diverse expertise to our customers, having worked on office, industrial and retail projects in geographic markets across the country.  In addition, Mike’s oversight of the Company’s portfolio of owned properties uniquely qualifies him to address property ownership and asset management challenges.

Mike earned his Masters of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business in 1982 and holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, also from UW-Madison.  He has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business, and a term as the national president of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.  He is presently a member of the Community Development Authority for Brookfield, WI and Waukesha County Action Network (WCAN).
