Kevin Coakley
Principal

Since joining TOLD Development Company in 1987, Kevin Coakley has been involved in the leasing and development of TOLD’s Milwaukee-area projects. Prior to TOLD, Coakley spent two years in the Minneapolis headquarters of Opus Corporation as a leasing/development representative, and before that was a commercial real estate lending officer with First Wisconsin National Bank of Madison and First Wisconsin National Bank of Milwaukee.

Coakley graduated in 1985 with an MBA degree specializing in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance, marketing and real estate, also form UW – Madison.

Coakley and his wife, Kathy, live with their four children in Hartland, Wisconsin.
