Gary Dreher
Managing Principal

Gary Dreher is Managing Principal of TOLD Development Company. Since joining TOLD in 1995, he has managed the development of over 1.8 million square feet of office, multi-housing, retail, and industrial space with a development value of over $300 million. Some of the projects that Dreher has overseen include the ATK Corporate Headquarter facility in Eden Prairie, Meridian Crossings in Richfield, Wedgwood Commerce Centre in Maple Grove, and Crosstown Corporate Center in Eden Prairie. Dreher was co-Project Manager of Excelsior & Grand in St. Louis Park. In addition to developing projects, Dreher is responsible for managing the company’s Minneapolis office, with oversight of all operational functions and new business development.

Dreher received his graduate degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Dreher currently serves as President of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Dreher is also a member of the Urban Land Institure (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA).

Dreher lives in Maple Grove with his wife and three children.
