David Klimes
Chief Financial Officer

David Klimes joined TOLD Development Company the fall of 2007. As Chief Financial Officer, David is responsible for managing the Company’s accounting department, preparing LLC organization and operating documents, facilitating loan closings and assisting in strategic and corporate planning.

He is also responsible for managing the preparation and review of company financial statements, maintaining banking and financial relationships, and completing multi-state tax statements. Prior to joining TOLD, David has been a CFO/Controller for real estate development, construction and management companies for over 17 years.

Klimes graduated from Central College in Pella, Iowa with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1984 and from the University of Iowa - College of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1987. He has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1995.
