Trent Mayberry
Associate

Trent Mayberry joined TOLD Development Company in October 2003. His roles include project management, site selection, financial analysis, and commercial leasing.

Prior to joining TOLD Development Company Mayberry was employed with United Properties’ Brokerage Division, focusing primarily on tenant representation, as well as disposition of office properties.

Mayberry graduated from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Mayberry graduated in the top 3% of his class and is a distinguished member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a nationally recognized honor fraternity for business professionals. Mayberry is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Mayberry lives in Eden Prairie with his wife and two daughters.
