Keith Redding
Principal
Keith Redding has been in the commercial development business for over twenty five years and has focused his efforts in southeastern Wisconsin for the past fifteen years.
Prior to joining TOLD, Redding spent 15 years as an executive vice president and one of the founding partners of Irgens Development Partners (formerly Boldt Development). During his tenure, Redding was directly responsible for overseeing many of the firm’s largest development and acquisition projects. Before joining the Irgens/Boldt team, Redding traveled coast to coast developing medical office buildings and ambulatory care centers for a nationwide medical building firm.
Redding has worked on more than forty commercial office and medical building projects during his career and at times, has been principal in charge of a portfolio of as many as fifteen commercial office buildings. In this capacity, Redding had responsibility for overseeing asset, property management and leasing personnel associated with the projects.
In addition to his extensive commercial development experience, Redding is an MBA graduate of Marquette University and has held Wisconsin Real Broker’s License for the past twenty five years. He is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin. Redding sits on the Facility’s Committee of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee.
