TOLD Development Company completed Hillside Woods in a joint venture with Horizon Development Group LLC as part of our Hillside Marketplace project. Hillside Woods was completed in two phases and features 118 high-quality affordable senior housing units located on a heavily wooded parcel. Horizon Senior Services is responsible for management and leasing of the project.
