Nagawaukee Center is a multi-phase, 46-acre, master planned commercial development located at the northeast quadrant of I-94 and State Highway 83 (STH 83) in Delafield, Wisconsin.  The I-94/STH 83 interchange serves as the primary commercial center for “Lake Country”, housing national and regional retailers, restaurants, hotels and other complementary consumer service businesses.

TOLD completed Nagawaukee Shopping Center, a 195,000 square foot community shopping center, in 1994.  KOHL’S Department Store, Sentry Foods, and Walgreens anchor the center.  Waukesha State Bank, Bath and Body Works, GNC, Cost Cutters, Water Street Brewery and other businesses established the project as the community benchmark for architectural excellence and progressive land-use planning.

The Shoppes at Nagawaukee added 165,000 square feet of commercial space to the development in multiple free-standing buildings designed to complement the upscale character of Delafield.  Tenants include Best Buy, Marshalls, Sports Authority, Famous Footwear, Five Guys, Starbucks, Applebee’s, Verizon Wireless, and Panera Bread.

Together, Nagawaukee Shopping Center and The Shoppes at Nagwaukee represent the premier shopping destination within suburban Milwaukee’s Lake Country trade area.
