Meridian Crossings

Meridian Crossings is a 400,000-square-foot, Class-A office project that was completed in 1999. The $58-million project was developed on a 10-acre parcel of land at the intersection of Interstate 494 and 35W in Richfield, Minnesota. The project features two eight-story office buildings, 1,800 structured parking stalls, underground executive parking, a full-service cafeteria, convenience store, and conference and training facilities.

One Meridian Crossings commenced construction in the spring of 1997 on a speculative basis. The first phase was completed in the spring of 1998 and was 100% leased, with GMAC/Residential Funding Corporation as the anchor tenant.

Two Meridian Crossings commenced construction in the spring of 1998 and was completed in the spring of 1999. This building is 100% leased to major tenants, such as Softbrands, AXA Advisors, IDEXX Laboratories, and BDO Seidman.
