Nagawaukee Center is a multi-phase, master planned commercial development located at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 94 (I-94) and State Highway 83 (STH 83) in Delafield, Wisconsin. The I-94/STH 83 interchange serves as the primary Milwaukee western suburban commercial center for Delafield and Lake Country, housing national and regional retailers, restaurants, hotels and other complementary consumer service businesses.

The first phase of Nagawaukee Center was the development of Nagawaukee Shopping Center, a 195,000 square foot community shopping center anchored by KOHL’S and Sentry Foods, that includes in-line retail space, a restaurant pad, and a freestanding Walgreen’s building. The final phase of the project, The Shoppes At Nagawaukee, will ultimately consist of seven buildings and 170,000 square feet of additional commercial development anchored by Best Buy, Famous Footwear, West Marine, Marshall’s, The Sports Authority, Starbucks, Applebee’s and Verizon Wireless. Six of the seven buildings have been completed, and a freestanding branch bank site remains available for lease.

Together, Nagawaukee Shopping Center and The Shoppes at Nagawaukee represent the premier shopping destination for Delafield and the Lake Country trade area.
